Returns/Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to exchange an item or return it for a refund, you can return the garment by using the pre-paid return shipping label included in your order. Simply affix the return shipping label on the outside of the original package (making sure no other labels are visible), seal and drop the package off at any UPS facility. To find the nearest store visit www.ups.com.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all HEUCY garment tags still attached.

You will be charged a $5 return/re-stocking fee for each return.  The $5 will be deducted from your refund.  

To exchange an item, follow the same process as with a return, but include the mailer in your shipment with your return and circle EXCHANGE.  You will not be charged the $5 return/re-stocking fee with an exchange.  Then order the replacement item as a new order and receive free shipping.

If you have lost your return label, and your purchase date is within the 30 day period, please contact us at info@heucy.com and we will e-mail you a new shipping label.

Returns are processed Monday through Friday. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
